Hot melt adhesive film/BH-HJ16

BH-HJ16 hot melt adhesive film is made of special block copolymer rubber and hot melt grade EVA as the main raw materials, combined with latent cross-linking components. It can firmly bond with various rubber soles and EVA foam midsoles, with a bonding strength of ≥ 3.5N/mm, and can be widely used in Co mold molding process.

BH-HJ16 hot melt adhesive film belongs to the high heat stable hot melt grade film, with a melting point above 150 ℃, and has relatively high thermal stability. The shoes made from it will not have the problem of secondary glue opening.

BH-HJ16 hot melt grade film adopts a special breathable design to avoid the common occurrence of empty packaging in Co mold process, and the finished product has a high yield.

BH-HJ16 hot melt adhesive film has high structural strength, even very thin films (0.05mm) can maintain high tensile and tear strength.
