Polyolefin rubber/BH-L73

BH-L73 polyolefin rubber is a new type of rubber material with high elasticity obtained mainly from polyolefin and using special catalysts.

Product Features:

A fully saturated structure with excellent ozone and heat resistance, suitable for peroxide crosslinking, and possessing excellent physical and mechanical properties such as tensile strength and tear strength, effectively improving the poor tear resistance of general elastomer peroxide crosslinking systems.

Comparing the performance of EPDM with high ethylene content (EPDM-H) and medium ethylene content (EPDM-M) using the same Mooney viscosity, the following conclusions were drawn:

High production efficiency, equivalent burning time, faster vulcanization speed; Excellent tear resistance, with a large amount of filling still maintaining excellent mechanical properties& nbsp;< Excellent high-temperature aging resistance, able to maintain long-term stability at 180 ℃; Blending with EPDM with medium and low ethylene content can achieve a balance of high and low temperature performance.

Application Areas:

Used for blending midsole foam with EVA, POE, OBC and other materials, it can produce ultra light and high elasticity midsoles.

Used for the combination of rubber outsole and appropriate amount of BR, combined with modified lightweight reinforcing agent.
